Here’s the gorgeous cover for Keeping Him Safe, my new m/m novella which is released by Pride Publishing later in the year.
Keeping Him Safe is the story of Xander, a bodyguard tasked with protecting a man who’s being stalked by an obsessive ex-boyfriend, and the lines he crosses when duty and desire become entangled. Thanks to the lovely Posh Gosh at Pride for her superb work on the cover design (including finding a model with super-crunchy abs!), and more information about the story nearer the time of release…
I am absolutely thrilled that Pride Under Fire has been nominated in the Best Paranormal/Urban Fantasy category in the Best of 2016 LoveRomancesCafe poll. The book is part of the Lionhearts series and features a lion shifter who’s also a firefighter. When he meets a detective on the trail of a serial arsonist, things get hot!
You can find out more about Pride Under Fire at Pride Publishing, and if you’re a member of the LRC Yahoo group and you want to cast your vote for the book, voting is open between now and February 14th. Just click on the nominee button below to vote.
Of course, there are lots of great books up for this category, and all the others across the LRC awards. With my editor’s hat on, I’d also like to give a mention to Amy Paine’s The Turning Point, which is up for the Best Historical/Victorian/Regency. Amy is one of the authors I work with for NineStar Press, and I’ve also edited books of hers under her long-standing pen names for Xcite, and I’m delighted to see her get a nomination. You can vote for The Turning Point here. And good luck to everyone in the awards…

Like a little bit of rock and role with your dom/sub power play? Well, Power Chords, my MM BDSM rock star novella (such a nice combination of words, don’t you think?) will be available to pre-order from Pride Publishing at the end of September.
Here’s the blurb, to whet your appetite:
Music is his life – submission is his desire
As part of the hottest rock band on the planet, Code Black, Dax Carter and Jordan Black have it all. Their music is driven by their love-hate relationship, and their fans love the conflict they create on stage. It doesn’t help that there’s a simmering attraction between them that Dax refuses to acknowledge because he’s conflicted about being bisexual. Jordan fantasises about submitting to Dax, who has all the attributes of his perfect master.
Under pressure to write the songs for their new album, their manager hires an isolated cabin so Dax and Jordan can have perfect quiet to create. Cooped up together, their creative and personal tension comes to a head. What starts as a fist fight turns into something much more erotic. Has Dax finally realised what Jordan wants from him, and how will Jordan react when he is forced to obey all of Dax’s desires? Can their relationship in and out of the band ever be the same again?

I just received this amazing cover for my new MM BDSM novella, Power Chords. The very talented Posh Gosh at Pride Publishing was tasked with finding some gorgeous men who look like rock stars, and as you can see, she’s succeeded wonderfully:
Power Chords is the story of Dax and Jordan, members of chart-topping rock band Code Black, and their love-hate relationship that takes a whole new turn when they’re sent away to write songs for a new album together. More info coming nearer the release date…
Pride Under Fire, the latest book in my Lionhearts m/m shifter series, has been reviewed by Coffee Time Romance, and they’ve given it a five-cup review! Reviewer Regina called it ‘one of those unique and fun shifter stories that just keep you on the edge of your seat’ and ‘one story you do not want to miss’. To say I’m delighted is an understatement, as I had such fun bringing lion shifter Connor and his human mate Andy together, and giving them the mystery of a malicious arsonist to solve.
